A Collaboration Between Headspace Highlands & Highland Wellness Collective

Books for Balance was a monthly community book club where personal growth met meaningful connection. Held in partnership with Headspace Highlands, this initiative brought together individuals passionate about mental well-being, self-development, and authentic conversation.

Over the course of the club, participants gathered at Café 1668 in Inverness to explore powerful books that inspired reflection, resilience, and empowerment, with each session sparking thoughtful discussion and deepened a shared commitment to mental wellness.

The club was completely free to attend, with limited spaces to maintain an intimate and engaging atmosphere.

Though the Books for Balance Book Club has now concluded, its impact continues to ripple through the connections and conversations it sparked. We’re proud to have held space for this unique journey of collective learning and support.
