Our Counselling Cancellation Policy.

At Highland Well-Ness Collective we understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of counselling appointments. To ensure a fair and effective scheduling system for all our clients, we have established
the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your counselling appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Cancellation Fees

Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show), you will be charged a cancellation fee. The fee for late cancellations or no-shows is 100% of the overall fee.

Please note that arriving 20 minutes late or more to a counselling session will result in a cancelled appointment and considered a late cancellation.

Exemptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will assess whether a fee can be waived or reschedule your appointment without charges.

Payment of Fees

Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before scheduling another counselling session.

Repeated Cancellations

If a pattern of repeated cancellations or no-shows emerges, we reserve the right to evaluate your continued participation in counselling. We prioritise consistency and commitment to the therapeutic process for the benefit of all clients.

Counselling Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that your counsellor needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, every effort will be made to notify you as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable replacement appointment time. You will not be charged for counselling provider cancellations.
