Designed by the Highland Sober Collective (a project by Highland Well-Ness Collective), this event is all about creating joyful, inclusive spaces where people can gather, reset, celebrate and genuinely feel good - without alcohol at the centre.
This inaugural year has been made fully free thanks to generous funding from HTSI and the Highland Alcohol & Drugs Partnership (Highland ADP) through the Local Improvement Fund. Their support means we can offer a vibrant, community-led programme right from year one.
How the day works
Sober-Ness is one fully FREE day-into-night event with a mix of bookable workshops and relaxed drop-in spaces.
You only need to book the sessions you’d like to attend. You’re welcome to book multiple workshops, as long as times don’t overlap, and to come and go throughout the day.
